Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, some items may show signs of wear and tear as well as varying in shape and size. Please review photos and measurements of each product to ensure that you are happy with the condition and sizing of each item before purchasing. Due to the exclusivity of the items, we are unable to offer an exchange of size.

Refunds and/or return requests are accepted under the conditions that the item is not as described or you have received an incorrect item in your order. Change of mind is not accepted. 

To request a return please email info@irreplaceablestore.com stating your order number and reason for your request. 

Once a return request is approved you must return the item either in-store or ship to the address below within 3 business days, providing a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. We will not be held liable in the event that an item is lost or misplaced in transit. When returning a clothing item that is brand new with tags, the item must be sent back in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept refunds of sneakers but can offer you store credit for the value of the item.

Once the order is returned to us in a satisfactory condition, you will be refunded the cost of the item excluding shipping fees. We maintain the right to refuse a refund upon return if the item is not in its original condition.
